Personal Touch
PERSONAL TOUCH TRAINING is having a certified fitness
professional working closely with you to determine your fitness
goals and then devising a plan to help you achieve these goals
through small group instruction or one-on-one training.
Personal training is designed to increase your muscle tone and
enhance your Jazzercise workout by focusing on varying muscle
groups and techniques designed to help you achieve maximum
results!
SMALL GROUP TRAINING:
(3-6 people)
Training in a small group setting with your instructor has
money-saving benefits as well as a little friendly competition to
make the workout more fun and effective!
$16.50/person per session. (30 minutes)
Evening and weekend appointments are available
ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING:
A workout dedicated just for you! Includes fitness assessment.
$35/session. (45 minutes)
